North Campus Pastor

Mountain View Community Church is seeking a Campus Pastor for our North Campus location.  The Campus Pastor provides spiritual and organizational leadership for the local congregation, ensuring that the mission and values of Mountain View Community Church are lived out in the campus context. This role oversees campus staff, ministries, and operations, fostering alignment with the church’s overall vision and systems. The Campus Pastor equips and develops leaders, shepherds the congregation, and engages the surrounding community through gospel-centered preaching, service, and outreach.
