Pastor Kenny Kirby's greatest desire is to help you take your next step in becoming a fully devoted follower of Jesus. He became a follower of Jesus at a young age and has seen God grow him each step of the way, and so delights in helping others meet and follow Jesus too.
He is a graduate of Clarks Summit University, where he earned his B.S. in Bible, as well as Dallas Theological Seminary, where he gained his M.A. in Christian Leadership. Ordained to the gospel ministry in 2011, Kenny has served in full-time ministry for the past 9-years in various roles including student ministries, Christian education, and discipleship ministries. Before coming to MVCC in March 2018, Kenny and his wife, Bethany, lived in Newport News, VA, where their family grew from 2 to 6. Their children, Jamieson, Ava, Calla, and Bryant, keep them busy, and life is never dull around the Kirby home. When Kenny has any "free time", you will find him running; reading; watching movies or Pittsburgh Steelers or Ohio State football games, and dating his wife.
