Making followers of Jesus who reach their neighbors, the next generation and the nations for Christ.

Mountain View Community Church exists to make fully devoted followers of Jesus who call on God’s power to boldly and lovingly reach our neighbors, the next generation and the nations for Christ. Our facility sits on 20 acres in Southern Frederick County, located just outside of Urbana and less than an hour North of Washington, DC.

In 2021, we also planted a campus in Ballenger Creek community. This campus is part of our vision, which is to reach Frederick 4 Christ! The campus has made its home at Ballenger Creek Elementary School.

Between both campuses, we are a church that currently averages over 1,000 in regular worship attendance each week (nursery through adults).

We value Worship and Wellness, where everyone is growing, where one's walk with God comes first, where people are authentic, and where work and service are an outgrowth, not a substitute for, worship.
